Shipping and Returns
At ABODE, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and safest way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded in Checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times. The estimated shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. For quicker and more secure delivery, please provide a business address, if available.
We are fully committed to providing each and every customer with the highest standard of customer service. We will ship your order via UPS, FEDEX Ground, or USPS usually within three business days if available. Be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect information provided. Customers are responsible for re-shipment cost if returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed at destination. If you require insurance, special shipping instruction, or other preference please notify us immediately upon placing your order as we expedite orders quickly. If you have any questions, please ask prior to placing your order. Special note: we gladly ship to a military addresses (ie: APO), however, we are not responsible for lost, refused, or delayed shipments beyond our control. Special note: at this time, we reserve the right to not ship certain items to AK, HI, or International destinations. Returns/Exchanges Customer Satisfaction At ABODE, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service via email or the Contact Us form on our website. Returns and Exchanges ABODE will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase if the merchandise is unopened and in new condition. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by return mail. Please contact us for RMA information. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with Ohio state law. Please note that there may be a restocking fee on your return. Important: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Due to the high cost of shipping on certain items, such as Electronics & Small Appliances, we ask that our customers utilize their product warranty for repair or replacement.
